This document describes the rules for using the service, its workspace, and workflow execution.
1. Service
Buywell provides tools to create, validate, publish, connect, and execute automation workflows. By using the service, a user agrees to follow these terms.
Buywell is not a party to the user's transactions on external platforms and does not guarantee third-party service availability.
2. Account and access
Users provide current information, protect their password and active sessions, and are responsible for account activity. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported to [email protected].
3. Workflows
Users are responsible for workflow content, settings, and lawful use. A workflow should be tested with safe sample data before a live connection is enabled.
Published revisions are immutable. Later changes form a separate draft and never silently replace the selected live revision.
4. Modules, adapters, and external services
A workflow may send selected data to installed modules and adapters. Availability, terms, and data processing also depend on their providers.
Users must be authorized to connect each service and use the supplied credentials.
5. Acceptable use
Buywell must not be used for unauthorized access, platform restriction circumvention, malicious activity, third-party rights violations, or data processing without a lawful basis.
- Do not create excessive load on Buywell or external systems.
- Do not submit another person's secrets or personal data without necessity and authority.
- Follow connected-platform rules and applicable law.
6. Plans and limits
Plans differ by simultaneously enabled connections, visible history period, and support level. Current characteristics are shown on the plans page before a plan change.
The plan history period controls the range visible to the user and is not by itself a promise that every technical record is automatically deleted.
7. Rights
Users retain rights to workflows and materials they create, granting Buywell only the rights needed to store and process them for the service.
The Buywell interface, code, brand, and built-in materials remain the property of their rights holders.
8. Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as available. Updates, maintenance, network faults, and external-system failures may temporarily limit execution.
Users evaluate the effects of automated actions and configure safe error paths. Buywell is not responsible for decisions or actions of external platforms.
9. Restriction and termination
Access may be temporarily restricted after a terms violation or a threat to service security or stability. Users may stop using Buywell and contact support about their data.
10. Changes and contact
